The Thessaloniki International Exhibition HELLEXPO has been held annually since 1926 and is one of the largest in the Balkans. HELLEXPO is of great importance both for the city and for the whole of Greece, which is why the opening of the exhibition is always attended by the head of state and the political elite of the country. Local and international companies present their products and services to the many visitors during the Expo. HELLEXPO is located in the center of Thessaloniki, next to the campus of Aristotle University, and is the site of many cultural and entertainment events throughout the year.
